The claiming process can be different depending on how many locations you're trying to claim.
If you can't claim a business page, it may already be claimed by a colleague or it may have been recently submitted to Yelp and still pending approval.
You can update your business hours or mark your business page as temporarily closed in the Biz Info / business information section of the Yelp for Business app or on biz.yelp.co.uk.
For business owners who have claimed their page but no longer wish to manage it with Yelp's business account tools (note: this will not remove your business page from Yelp).
You can add photos to your business page from your business account.
To log in to your business account, you'll need to make sure you're using the Yelp for Business site.
