Yelp Deals and Gift Certificates
When is the last day I can create a Yelp Deal or Gift Certificate?
The last day you can create a new Deal or Gift Certificate from your Yelp for business account is October 9, 2024. October 27, 2024, is the last date consumers will be able to view and purchase these promotions. After this date, our systems will automatically remove active Deals and Gift Certificates from all Yelp pages and no action is required of you. The last day to access the Deals and Gift Certificates tab before it is removed is December 9, 2024. How do I get my transaction history for all customers who purchased a Yelp Deal or Gift Certificate?
To see a record of purchases and payments, log in to your Yelp for business account and click Deals & Gift Certificates on the left hand panel, then Download CSV. You can also download your transactions data via the data download tool. Please note the last day to access your transaction history is December 9, 2024. All transaction data will be removed December 10, 2024. We highly encourage downloading a copy beforehand as it includes purchase and redemptions dates for each customer.
When is the last time I’ll be sent a payout check for purchased Deals?
Final payouts are expected to be sent around November 15, 2024. Please ensure your payout address is up to date. If you have not received your final payout within 10 business days of November 15, 2024, please contact us.
Do I need to honor an old Yelp Deal or Gift Certificate?
As outlined in the Merchant Terms for Deals and Certificates, existing Deals and Certificates will remain valid according to their terms and you are required to continue honoring the paid value of all issued Yelp Deals and Certificates indefinitely.
Check-In Offers
When is the last day I can create a Check-In Offer?
The last day to create a Check-In Offer is October 9, 2024, and all Offers will be removed from your Yelp Business page on November 15, 2024. After this date, our systems will automatically remove active Offers from all Yelp pages and no action is required of you.
How can I access my Check-In Offers history?
Check-In Offer information is available from your Yelp for Business account. The last day to view this information is December 9, 2024.
